Throughout his career, Björn has worked closely with boat builders, marinas, shipyards, distributors and marine service companies across Europe. His experience spans technical sales, business development and customer support, supported by a strong professional network within the marine industry.

At Sůlmate, Björn focuses on strategic partnerships, dealer and installer support, and the introduction of Sodium-Ion technology to the marine and recreational sectors — connecting innovative energy storage technology with the practical needs of customers on the water.
